Mission:

As a Sous-chef, you will play a key role in the daily management of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure operational excellence. You will be involved in menu creation, meal preparation, and kitchen team management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen activities
  • Contribute to menu development and the creation of new dishes
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen team members
  • Manage stock and culinary supply orders
  • Stand in for the Head Chef in their absence

Desired Profile:

  • Significant experience as a Sous-chef or similar position
  • A passion for cooking and creativity
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Professional culinary training is desirable
